Frank Norcross

Frank Norcross joined energyRe in February 2020 as part of the development team behind Clean Path New York, a project that will enable the delivery of more than 7.9 million megawatt-hours of emissions-free energy into New York City every year.
Previously, he worked at Related Companies, where he was responsible for energy management across Hudson Yards and led development and operation of a 13MW cogeneration plant and microgrid that anchors a district energy system serving 11 million square feet of mixed-used real estate.
Prior to Related, he worked at Bernhard Energy and Green Campus Partners (GCP), which focused on the development of and investment in distributed generation projects. Prior to that, he worked at DOE and served as an officer in the United States Navy in the submarine warfare community.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master in Public Affairs with a concentration in Economics and Public Policy from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University.
