Lily Monnett is a Development Analyst at energyRe, supporting the advancement of utility-scale energy projects across the Midwest. After previously interning with energyRe’s Midwest Development team, Lily returned full time with a strong appreciation for the company’s commitment to responsible project development, community partnership, and environmental stewardship.

In her role, Lily supports early and mid-stage development activities, assisting with research, coordination, and project organization as initiatives move closer to construction. She brings hands-on experience across key development functions and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for learning how thoughtful planning and community engagement come together to build lasting infrastructure.

Lily earned her Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University and is based in Indiana. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and is on a mission to improve her cooking skills.
